Location: Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. For those in our New York City office, in-person collaboration is required three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C., quarterly Work Together Days are required within these cities. This role requires active work authorization in the US.
Salary: $260,000 – $320,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end launch and scale of Maven’s consumer business, including P&L management.
- Design and optimize the full consumer journey: acquisition, onboarding, conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Serve as business owner for consumer product and marketing, defining roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive consumer acquisition strategy across paid, owned, and partner channels.
- Partner with Clinical, Legal, Operations, and Compliance to ensure safe, compliant, and operationally sound consumer offerings.
- Build and lead a high-performing consumer product and marketing team.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in consumer health, digital health, or consumer technology, with founder or product management experience.
- Prior experience launching and scaling a new consumer product or business with ownership over growth and outcomes, ideally in healthcare or a regulated environment.
- Strong GM instincts, including P&L ownership and accountability for results.
- Deep experience with consumer funnels, growth metrics, experimentation, and unit economics.
- Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
- Active work authorization in the US is required.
