Marketing Coordinator (APAC): Executing digital marketing campaigns and owning webinars end-to-end across the Asia Pacific region with an accent on Salesforce and Pardot utilization, email marketing, and data accuracy. Focus on coordinating integrated campaigns, managing webinar platforms, and ensuring effective lead flow and internal communication.

Location: Sydney, NSW (North Sydney) - Hybrid, in office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday plus additional days as required. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Build, execute, and optimize email and digital campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot for APAC marketing initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end webinar process, from planning and setup through execution and post-event follow-up using platforms like Zoom Webinars.
• Support Events and Channel Marketing team members with campaign timelines, logistics, and promotion.
• Act as a liaison between Marketing, Events, Channel Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
• Maintain accurate tracking of campaigns, leads, and performance metrics, assisting with expense tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or demand generation roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar marketing automation tools).
• Experience building and executing email and digital campaigns.
• Proven experience managing or supporting webinars, ideally using Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and can manage multiple priorities.
