Manager, AI Program Management: Supporting the CTO organization's product development activities, ensuring the precision of ideation, development, and delivery of new hirify.global product features with an accent on AI/Automation and integrations. Focus on managing timelines, communicating product readiness to leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Must work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA

Salary: $90,000 to $265,000

What you will do

• Facilitate product launch process from ideation to delivery phase while driving efficiency and consistency in areas such as Security Portfolio, AI/Automation, and integrations.
• Manage timelines and communicate product readiness to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, UX, Engineering, Enablement, Legal, and Marketing.
• Develop first draft materials for product enablement and marketing.
• Act as a proxy to the Product Managers whose portfolios you manage.
• Support additional project management and product development processes as needed.

Requirements

• BA or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
• Expertise in developing or improving product-related project management & launch processes.
