Salary: $90,000–$107,000 base salary

What you will do

• Recruit and nurture influencers best-positioned to amplify hirify.global’s story.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of influencer engagement activities (e.g., co-created content, interviews, webinars).
• Build a customer-centric community to showcase hirify.global’s value.
• Project manage the pipeline of case studies, testimonials, and reference calls.
• Own customer reviews, securing, tracking, and growing participation across accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to highlight customer wins.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience, comfortable taking strategic guidance to own initiatives in influencer or customer marketing.
• Strong project management skills, including organization and closing loops without extensive supervision.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities to shape updates into engaging stories.
• Ability to run events smoothly and influence stakeholders to secure contributions.
• Strong judgment regarding what information should be shared and an understanding of tone and audience needs.
• Must be able to work remotely from the USA.
