What you will do
- Generate and follow up on new leads.
- Conduct structured prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth implementation and client retention.
- Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems (Hubspot).
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or relevant experience within the recreation sector (holiday parks or campsites), ideally within SaaS or tech.
- A proven track record in acquiring new clients and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with consultative selling and presenting complex solutions.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Excellent command of both German and English.

- Knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry, in particular with campsites or holiday parks.
