What you will do

• Set priorities for functional requirements collection and introduce best practices in business analysis and product ownership.
• Assist with feature prioritization and roadmap creation.
• Create Business Requirements Documents.
• Conduct communications with vendors of COTS back-office trading solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering and discussions with third-party providers.
• Work on functional and non-functional requirement mappings for third-party solutions.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Business Analyst for 2+ years.
• Strong experience in the trading domain, with the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in trading processes.
• Solid knowledge of asset management and hands-on experience with general ledger, treasury and cash management, reconciliation, post-trade processes, and Delivery versus Payment (DvP).
• Strong experience participating in the Discovery phase, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
• English: B2+ required.
