Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year

What you will do

• End-to-end management of influencer and social campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Execute multiple campaigns simultaneously, liaising with campaign teams and flagging any concerns or issues.
• Provide clear and thorough updates, reporting, and recommendations to clients regularly.
• Apply performance marketing expertise to optimize campaigns, monitor key metrics, and provide data-backed insights.
• Present clearly and confidently to key stakeholders in pitches, kick-off meetings, and post-campaign analysis meetings.
• Identify opportunities for expanding existing client relationships and contribute to new business growth through upselling and referrals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working within influencer marketing or social media marketing.
• Genuine passion for social media, Influencer, and Performance Marketing.
• Exceptional organization and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload.
