What you will do

• Identify remediation gaps and drive them towards timely resolution.
• Advise stakeholders on available solutions and required actions.
• Analyze scanning results and define concrete steps aimed at reducing security risks.
• Collaborate with remediation-responsible stakeholders to ensure progress.
• Ensure security findings are clearly understood and remediation pace is adequate.
• Maintain a proactive governance approach and demonstrate autonomy in executing assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of security domains, especially in the area of security findings assessment and remediation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the security area.
• Practical governance experience in at least one of the following areas: Workstation vulnerabilities, Server vulnerabilities, Baseline deviations, Container vulnerabilities, SAST, EASM, Threat Modelling, or API-related findings.
• Advanced troubleshooting and conceptual skills to propose solutions to uncommon remediation issues.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for security findings assessment and enrichment.
• Good understanding of risk-based approaches and risk management practices.
• Fluent business and technical English (spoken and written) required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience with problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, OWASP.
• Experience in automation, preferably with Python, Apache Airflow and/or Power Automate.
• Practical use of AI technologies in governance processes or automation workflows.
