What you will do

• Maintain proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and talent engagement.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to align sourcing efforts with hiring goals.
• Conduct initial recruitment screening to identify the best candidates for the role.
• Use creative outreach methods, including advanced Boolean search and market mapping.
• Report on sourcing performance and optimize strategies based on data analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT/R&D recruitment with a strong focus on screening and sourcing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven sourcing tools.
• Proficient in traditional sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Polish or Russian is a plus.
