What you will do

  • Own hirify.global’s social media strategy, defining priorities, formats, cadence, and success criteria.
  • Translate hirify.global’s category narrative and content into clear, compelling social content.
  • Create and publish original social content, including posts, threads, commentary, and campaign assets.
  • Build and nurture hirify.global’s community by actively engaging with followers and fostering meaningful conversations.
  • Support product, category, event, and campaign launches through coordinated social activity.
  • Ensure hirify.global’s social presence is consistent in tone, positioning, and quality across channels and track performance to refine strategy.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of at least 5+ years owning social media and community efforts in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong editorial judgment and writing skills, with the ability to adapt complex ideas for social formats.
  • Experience translating long-form content and strategic narratives into short-form engagement.
  • Comfort engaging directly with senior practitioners and leaders in a professional community.
  • Strong organization and consistency in managing calendars, publishing, and follow-up.
  • A strategic mindset that treats social and community as long-term brand and category assets.
  • A startup-ready mindset that is proactive, accountable, and motivated by ownership and impact.
