What you will do

• Develop and maintain reporting on key strategy metrics.
• Monitor key metrics, identifying problem areas in the process.
• Create hypotheses for process optimization and design A/B tests.
• Specify and oversee tasks related to process development/improvements.
• Support and enhance data models for stable operation and monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience with data analytics; experience in risk analytics with credit products would be a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL and basic Python libraries for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of basic statistics, probability theory, and ML.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse individuals and teams.

Nice to have

• Previous involvement in startups (20-100 people) is a plus.
• Proven track record in developing successful financial products is a plus.
