Focus on testing bold ideas and building Sling's presence from the ground up.

What you will do

• Identify and engage with target communities both offline and online, executing creative campaigns.
• Organize hyperlocal events for target communities to drive awareness of Sling.
• Develop and execute attention-grabbing stunts.
• Conduct field interviews at community hotspots to gather market insights and user feedback.
• Manage WhatsApp communities across keeping users engaged and supported.
• Build partnerships with local organizations, universities, and businesses.

Requirements

• Must be based in the city of interest
• Fluency in local language, plus professional English proficiency
• Scrappy self-starter with a resourceful mindset and the ability to execute independently
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and turning ideas into action quickly

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer, fintech, payments, or cross-border financial services
• Experience at Tier-1 fast growing startups, consulting, or investment banking
• Experience in growth, community management, field marketing, or sales
