Salary: €4,500–€7,000/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns.
• Oversee visual brand execution and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
• Write comprehensive briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, and other creative professionals.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and the marketing team to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Analyze ad testing data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proven experience in working with e-commerce products.
• Experience in creating performance marketing campaigns in the USA market.
• 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
• Ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visually compelling way.
