What you will do

• Contribute to the definition of story scope and acceptance criteria for technology changes.
• Validate changes through testing, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria and don't negatively impact other features.
• Log, re-test, and ensure timely resolution of defects based on criticality.
• Actively participate in squad ceremonies and contribute to release delivery.
• Provide high-quality reports on the quality of changes and associated risks.
• Actively learn and use testing tools and techniques to increase testing efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in any traditional test phase/methodology, including UAT, System test, and Agile testing.
• Knowledge of the software testing process and ability to use tools for planning, preparation, execution, defect management, evidence, and reporting.
• Experience testing web, API, or data warehousing systems using appropriate tools.
• Self-motivated with good organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues and following through.

Nice to have

• ISTQB or other software testing certification.
• Insurance business knowledge.
• Previous exposure to software delivery/projects.
• Experience using Jira/ADO/Zephyr.
• Agile testing knowledge and test planning/management/reporting skills.
