What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Define and evolve test strategies across component, integration, API, and UI layers.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Drive test automation across Web, Backend, and Mobile layers.
• Participate in complex feature testing, integrations, and critical releases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps on quality expectations and delivery.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation with an automation-first mindset.
• Proven ability to act as a QA Tech Lead, owning automation quality, technical decisions, and mentoring.
• Deep understanding of test strategy, risk-based testing, and quality trade-offs.
• Practical experience using AI tools to speed up test case creation, automation development, and test data generation.
• Ability to integrate AI-assisted workflows while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence engineering decisions.
• English: At least Upper-Intermediate required.
• Technical skills: Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, JUnit 5, Gradle, MySQL, BigQuery, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling automation in large or distributed systems.
• ISTQB or similar certifications.
• Experience working closely with DevOps and platform teams.
