What you will do

• Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees, managing user accounts and access rights.
• Administer and maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure, primarily Google Cloud Platform.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of systems, performing updates and security checks.
• Contribute to cybersecurity measures in collaboration with the Cyber team.
• Deploy IT changes and improvements, and implement new IT services.
• Write clear technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in IT systems or cloud administration.
• Experience administering Google Cloud Platform and/or Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with end-user support.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
