What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and guidance on information security topics.
• Collaborate with business departments, IT teams, and senior management to ensure a secure digital environment.
• Align with security and tech teams to achieve security goals and define plans for change initiatives.
• Identify overarching risks by recognizing patterns and steering from a broad perspective.
• Coach and guide junior and medior security officers and educate stakeholders on security.
• Translate complex security topics into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Academic working and thinking level.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or audit-related work, preferably within the banking or financial services sector at a senior level.
• Proven experience in IT Risk Management and Security within an international setting.
• Qualified in key security certifications such as CISSP and CISM.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and providing advice at C-level.
• English: B2 required.
