What you will do

  • Manage an average of 15-20 accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, positively impacting Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Grow accounts by understanding and aligning hirify.global capabilities to customer business outcomes.
  • Position hirify.global as a trusted "go-to" strategic partner.
  • Process quotes and orders and overdeliver on customer expectations.
  • Lead with personalized market insights and compelling cases for change and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a direct quota carrier.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts.
  • Strong understanding of customer businesses to align technology solutions.
  • Commitment to fostering strategic partnerships and customer success.
  • Must be based Onsite in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
