Salary: $95,000–$150,000 Annually

What you will do

• Manage the direction of projects through design, implementation, and testing in accordance with objectives.
• Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervise professional and technical support personnel.
• Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members to accomplish results.
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track/review deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables; conduct meetings and report on project tracking and analysis.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of commensurate experience.
• TS/SCI Clearance Required.
• 3+ years of experience with Atlas S Suite tools, including Rocket Chat, JIRA, Confluence, Git issues, TRELO, or Orange Scrum.
• 1+ year of experience in conducting data-driven analysis and implementing interactive development approaches.
• 3+ years of experience leading agile methodologies or participating in agile ceremonies.
• Experience mapping value streams, articulating return on investment, creating RACI Maps, and teaching agile framework concepts.
• Must attend and pass DoD customer's Staff Integration Seminar after accepting offer.

Nice to have

• Security+ certification and Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of DoD risk management framework.
• Agile certification.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Splunk PowerBi.
• Experience with CM tools (GitLab, Git centric) and CI/CD workflows, and working with U.S. Special Operations.
