What you will do

  • Oversee all aspects of campaigns from kick-off to billing, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance) to deliver world-class customer solutions.
  • Establish and deliver contact reports, including QBRs, monthly office hours, and client education sessions.
  • Implement and maintain Strategic Account Plans for top-tier advertisers, monitoring spend trends and performance.
  • Identify potential churn risks and escalate immediately to ensure high customer retention.
  • Educate customers about the hirify.global product suite and how products can be leveraged to meet their goals.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of overall work experience, with 1-2 years in Sales or Account Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Direct experience working at an advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace and Ad Serving technology.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables, manage competing priorities, and perform in high-pressure environments.
