AI Business Analyst

AI Business Analyst (AI/Automation): Designing, building, and scaling AI-powered agents and automations that improve business processes across the organization with an accent on translating operational needs into technical requirements and ensuring secure, reliable, and adopted solutions. Focus on facilitating discovery, implementing AI agents and workflow automations using Glean and Workato, and supporting governance, security, and continuous improvement.

hirify.global is a company seeking an AI Analyst to improve business processes with AI-powered agents and automations.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI and automation use cases.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, and solution designs.
• Configure and implement AI agents in Glean and build/maintain Workato automations.
• Improve knowledge quality and data accessibility for agent performance.
• Collaborate with IT & Infosec for secure, compliant automation solutions.
• Define and track KPIs to analyze performance and prioritize enhancements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, IT systems analysis, or automation delivery.
• Demonstrated experience delivering workflow automations and/or integrations (iPaaS experience strongly preferred).
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of APIs, SaaS systems, data flows, and integration concepts.
• Practical understanding of LLM/AI concepts (prompting, retrieval, grounding, guardrails, evaluation).
• High attention to detail, strong judgment, and an ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workato (recipes, connectors, triggers/actions, environments, deployment practices).
• Experience with Glean (knowledge sources, search/assistant experiences, agents, governance).
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS commonly used in business operations (ERP, HRIS, ITSM, CRM, Finance systems).
• Experience with change management, training, and adoption strategies for new tools/processes.
• Exposure to security and compliance practices for automation (least privilege, audit logging, data classification).
