Location: Remote or from the office in Bratislava, Slovakia. Salary is applicable for Slovakia only.

What you will do

• Support the implementation of hirify.global Engagement for new and existing customers.
• Assist with business requirements gathering, data preparation, and platform configuration.
• Help execute automated campaigns, flows, and onboarding use cases.
• Support clients with platform adoption, feature usage, and best-practice recommendations.
• Contribute to client success by helping improve campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to support customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a MarTech, digital marketing, analytics, SaaS, or consulting-adjacent role.
• Interest or exposure to areas such as marketing automation, email/SMS, analytics, personalization, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with guidance and feedback.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with support.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Exposure to hirify.global Engagement or similar platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or digital marketing metrics.
• Frontend experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• A foundational understanding of data and analytics.
