What you will do

• Perform project analyses and create concept communication materials.
• Triage and troubleshoot incidents, identify solutions, and perform root cause analysis.
• Configure SAP functional modules and maintain documentation.
• Evaluate business processes to identify improvements and develop innovative solutions.
• Act as a liaison between developers, business partners, and third-party vendors.
• Develop and monitor productivity tools and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Strong SAP functional module experience, including the ability to configure specific SAP modules (ISU).
• Systems testing and IT implementation experience.
• Project management experience.
• Utilities industry experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Supervisory experience or SAP certification/relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
