What you will do

• Take full ownership of capabilities, platforms, and experiments from end to end, using a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Prioritize for impact, balancing short-term wins with long-term foundational work to build a valuable product roadmap.
• Collaborate with design, research, and cross-functional teams to deeply understand user needs and ensure continuous value delivery.
• Navigate execution challenges, making strategic trade-offs, forecasting resources, and managing risks for successful roadmap delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5-8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, API-first, or integration-focused environments.
• Proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes from concept through launch.
• Technical fluency and domain expertise in building search and AI-powered integrations.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative, driving outcomes end-to-end.
• Deep customer empathy and clear understanding of user needs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, building alignment and driving decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience building and scaling integrations across multiple APIs, SDKs, and developer platforms.
• Strong background in data ingestion systems, including schema mapping, sync strategies, and content pipelines.
• Solid understanding of connector security, permissions, and data privacy best practices.
• Familiarity with GenAI and workplace search use cases, including context retrieval, tool calling, and semantic indexing.
