What you will do

• Lead the planning, development, proposal, and production of football content to maximize audience engagement and business revenue.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define, align, and communicate business expectations and production requirements.
• Manage end-to-end production operations, including content deliverables, staff, talent, schedules, and budgets.
• Review and analyze content performance through a data-driven approach and continuously implement improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage external vendors, production companies, and freelance staff.
• Oversee and operate all football-related content, including live, non-live, and on-site productions, ensuring quality and operational standards aligned with hirify.global’s global standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in content production and producing/directing.
• Proven experience leading and managing production teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand business rationale and cases.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to execute initiatives based on analysis and insights.
• High adaptability and a positive approach to change in fast-moving environments.
• Strong passion for sports, particularly football, with a solid understanding of the game.

• English communication skills.
