What you will do

• Contribute to paid media channel strategy and optimisation to maximise ROI and performance efficiency.
• Drive the testing and optimization of landing pages and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Help to develop and implement a structured “test and learn” marketing framework.
• Define and execute promotional offer strategies, assessing revenue impact and customer lifetime value.
• Conduct audience insights and customer analyses, including total addressable market assessments.
• Champion growth initiatives and local market expansion through tailored marketing plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing/commercial analytics or data analysis, ideally within a subscription or digital media business.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of marketing funnels and KPIs.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics).
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; experience with SQL is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
