What you will do

• Support senior media managers in delivering global paid media campaigns, collaborating with production, marketing, and finance teams.
• Take ownership of media production workstreams, including asset management and communication with campaign management teams.
• Manage finance processes on behalf of the paid media team.
• Support the Head of Influencer in delivering hirify.global’s global influencer program across key markets and sports verticals.
• Ideate and strategize on the evolution of the influencer program.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams and other areas of the hirify.global business.

• Confident managing high volumes of data with accuracy and speed.
• Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about the world of sport.
• Proactive thinker who is not afraid to challenge briefs and find smarter solutions.
• Thrive under pressure and maintain performance in a fast-paced setting.
• Have previous experience in paid media planning, either client, media owner or agency side.
