What you will do

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into clear people plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organisational design and workforce planning.
• Support talent identification, succession planning and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, and development.
• Lead and support employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Champion hirify.global’s culture, values and behaviours, supporting engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, digital environment.
• Strong grounding in employee relations, organisational development and performance management.
• Solid working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards), or equivalent professional experience.
