What you will do

• Produce high-quality social content (short-form videos, graphics, photos, and copy) for competitions.
• Manage social channels day-to-day, including posting content, monitoring engagement, and maintaining community presence.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Lead on creative ideas, campaign execution, and testing new content formats.
• Work closely with video, marketing, and commercial teams to capture and share authentic winner moments and competition stories.
• Stay up to date with social trends, memes, and platform updates, suggesting ideas to drive engagement or acquisition.
• Ensure all content is brand-safe, compliant, and aligned with the company’s tone of voice and visual identity.

Requirements

• Experience producing outstanding content for social media, ideally in a fast-paced consumer, entertainment, or media environment.
• Confident filming and editing social videos using mobile tools and software like Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms and their best practices, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent copywriting skills for short, engaging captions.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Collaborative and enthusiastic about competitions and entertainment.

Nice to have

• Experience in competitions, gaming, or prize-led marketing.
• Familiarity with influencer and user-generated content.
• Ability to film using professional cameras (Canon/Sony).
