What you will do

• Define and execute a global affiliate marketing strategy for scalable subscriber growth.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key affiliates and networks worldwide.
• Develop new strategic integrations with media publishers, influencers, specialist sites, and brands.
• Optimize performance through rigorous analysis, testing, and innovation.
• Own tracking, attribution, and compliance frameworks, ensuring high-quality traffic.
• Manage budgets, commission schemes, and incentives with a strong ROI focus.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to tailor approaches by market.
• Report on performance, insights, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a growing team.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading affiliate marketing programs in fast-paced, digital-first organizations.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing high-value partnerships.
• Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technologies, attribution, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, mentor, and develop talent.
• Global mindset with knowledge of regional differences and market nuances.
