What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term engineering vision and roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and partner with Product and business stakeholders.
• Inspire and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Guide architecture and core technical direction.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Optimize delivery practices including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong communicator able to influence, clarify, and guide under pressure.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and distributed system design.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and backend systems.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD, DevOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
• Experience leading software development in complex or scaled organizations.

Nice to have

• Media or audio streaming experience is a plus.
