What you will do

• Partner with Technology & AI leadership to define and execute the organization’s operational strategy.
• Design, standardize, and continuously improve operational processes across product engineering, technology, and AI teams.
• Manage the organization’s operating budget, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Establish best practices for project tracking, prioritization, and delivery management with the PMO team.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement to drive alignment with the strategy.
• Support the definition and tracking of key KPIs to improve visibility across the leadership team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Operations within a Technology context required.
• Experience navigating large matrix organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize demands, and meet business and market needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a technical background.
• Proven ability to interact and influence at an executive level.
