What you will do

• Define and maintain the technology architecture vision across broadcast distribution chain, cloud platforms, digital products, data, and AI.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and governance to ensure alignment across engineering teams.
• Lead long-term platform strategy, architectural reviews, and technology assessments.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, interoperable, and cost-efficient technical designs.
• Drive the approach for the technical evolution of BMA’s overall Technology estate across broadcast, product and AI.

Requirements

• Strong technical background and leadership experience.
• Experience leading architecture teams in a large, matrix organisation.
• Ideally experience in the media industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
