What you will do
- Build and maintain productive client relationships with junior and mid-level clients, managing expectations and providing strategic guidance.
- Proactively manage projects, facilitating conversations between team members and ensuring high-quality work.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies, managing the curation and development of content.
- Take responsibility for successful project delivery with light supervision, escalating issues with commercial implications as needed.
- Consult with project teams to facilitate partnership-oriented actions and drive great ideas and creative work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of social media account management experience (tech experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Organised, confident, and detail oriented.
- Passionate about social media and staying ahead of trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
