What you will do

  • Build and maintain productive client relationships with junior and mid-level clients, managing expectations and providing strategic guidance.
  • Proactively manage projects, facilitating conversations between team members and ensuring high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies, managing the curation and development of content.
  • Take responsibility for successful project delivery with light supervision, escalating issues with commercial implications as needed.
  • Consult with project teams to facilitate partnership-oriented actions and drive great ideas and creative work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of social media account management experience (tech experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Organised, confident, and detail oriented.
  • Passionate about social media and staying ahead of trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing a content calendar.
  • Experience delivering paid and organic social content.
