What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day running of multiple influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Contribute to influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, and creative concepts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing solutions.
• Communicate effectively across internal teams, proactively sharing updates and coordinating timelines.
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and on schedule.
• Support the growth of junior team members by providing constructive feedback and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• A passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven experience in autonomously managing multiple influencer campaigns, including budget and timeline management.
• A track record of building strong client relationships and proactively managing expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
