What you will do

• Own the UK market strategy and full P&L, delivering revenue, EBITDA, and customer growth targets across sportsbook and gaming.
• Lead all UK marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are high-impact, compliant, and ROI-positive.
• Manage and develop the UK team, driving a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
• Localise the hirify.global BET proposition for UK customers, working with product, sportsbook, and gaming teams.
• Ensure full compliance with UKGC and advertising regulations, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Safer Gambling.
• Represent the UK market internally, building strong relationships across hirify.global and hirify.global BET.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in the UK digital betting & gaming market, including marketing ownership and P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of UKGC regulations, compliance requirements, and best practice across marketing and operations.
• Proven ability to deliver customer acquisition, CRM/retention programmes, and brand-level marketing campaigns in the UK market.
• Analytical mindset with deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to build, lead, and develop a talented UK team across CRM, marketing, and social media disciplines.
