• Source and attract top commercial talent for distribution and retail roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify the best talent across different countries.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting commercial positions (sales, business development, category management, etc.).
• Strong background in distribution and/or retail hiring.
• Strong international recruitment experience, particularly in African and European regions.
• Excellent networking and sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search).
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
