What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines for Bauer’s audio business.
• Implement and enhance ETL/ELT processes using Python and Airflow to move data into S3 and curated layers.
• Develop dbt models and tests for BI and analytics use cases, supporting Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery workloads.
• Implement and enhance data quality checks and monitoring in Airflow.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and business stakeholders on ingestion patterns and data solutions.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, manage work through Jira, and maintain documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

• Hybrid role based in London.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• 2+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering roles.
• Experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end data pipelines in a cloud environment (AWS).
• Hands-on experience with dbt.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Great Expectations, or dbt-expectations.
• Exposure to GCP or Azure.
• Familiarity with Terraform and semantic layers.
