What you will do

• Build and enhance strong relationships with key external partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute activation initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs and subscription numbers to drive improvements.
• Maximize awareness, subscriptions, and revenue for hirify.global and partners.
• Develop strategies to leverage sports content rights and achieve business targets.
• Optimize sponsorship packages to increase revenue and subscribers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Account management experience within a media or agency environment.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven and number-oriented analytical skills.
• Skill in producing logical and easy-to-understand materials in Japanese and English.

Nice to have

• Marketing experience.
