TL;DR

Trader Support Specialist (Fintech): Serving as the primary contact for traders and customers, resolving inquiries related to trading platforms, data feeds, and execution with an accent on providing white-glove care, mastering internal tools, and troubleshooting complex technical and operational issues. Focus on improving self-service capabilities, contributing to customer satisfaction goals, and actively participating in company growth and innovation.

Location: Remote, worldwide. Expect to work hours aligned with the US trading session, which may include early mornings or late evenings.

Salary: $1,000–$1,500 a month

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for traders and customers, resolving inquiries via live chat, email, and Discord.
  • Master trading platforms and internal tools to troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
  • Contribute to improving self-service capabilities and internal knowledge bases.
  • Educate traders and participate in beta testing new features, contributing to company growth and innovation.
  • Monitor trading systems for common issues and ensure adherence to compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service, technical support, or operations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or financial information clearly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot) and other customer support tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work hours aligned with the US trading session.
  • Fluent in English (C1 required).

Nice to have

  • Strong familiarity or genuine interest in prop trading, FX or Futures trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and global financial markets.
  • Basic understanding of trading concepts and financial products (e.g., futures, FX).
  • Prior experience with specific trading platforms such as NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or TradingView.
  • Experience with community engagement platforms (Telegram or Discord).
