What you will do

• Pitch new client programmes, including writing and delivering presentations to clients.
• Act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams to deliver world-class social media programmes.
• Help build and direct the client’s communication campaigns, ensuring objectives are met.
• Manage day-to-day social media programmes, ensuring high quality output, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, ensuring all work is on time, on budget, and maintains quality and creativity.
• Experienced in managing timelines, budgets, documentation, and briefs.
• Strong campaign reporting and confident in client presentations.
• Ability to build strong client relationships, fostering trust and motivating internal teams.
• Capable of handling multiple clients, prioritising time and resources effectively.
• Demonstrates knowledge of popular culture and social media trends.
• Excellent administrative, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
