What you will do

• Engage daily with trending posts, discussions, and memes across Twitter/X and developer communities.
• Search for ongoing conversations around IDEs, coding workflows, AI tools, and open-source projects.
• Identify opportunities for the brand to join conversations naturally through replies, threads, and commentary.
• Craft smart, concise, and context-aware responses that feel native to dev communities.
• Monitor real-time developer discussions, trending hashtags, and tech news cycles.
• Track sentiment around products, flag potential issues or misinformation, and identify community themes.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for tech, coding, developer tools, AI, and online dev culture.
• Familiarity with programming, development workflows, or technical terminology.
• Proven experience in community management, ideally within a tech company or fast-paced agency.
• Strong copywriting skills for concise, clever, and contextually aware communication.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing conversations and product areas simultaneously.
• English: B2+ required.
