What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of paid social strategies to meet client goals and objectives.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of paid social campaigns, including setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting across major social platforms.
• Track performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal strategy and insight teams, as well as platform representatives, to ensure best-in-class performance.

Requirements

• Experience planning and managing paid social campaigns, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment, across multiple clients and platforms.
• Proficiency in running campaigns across a range of paid social channels, including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Skilled in using native platform tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of paid social principles, optimisation tactics, and best practices.
• Ability to stay updated on new formats, platform developments, and emerging approaches to paid social.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
