• Develop targeted acquisition strategies to reach senior-level delegates and industry stakeholders.
• Plan and execute client-facing webinars and digital events, including project management and backend handling.
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid and organic social media, SEO, and digital advertising.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials, social assets, and short-form videos using tools like Canva, Figma, and basic video editing software.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on ROI and audience insights, and collaborate with editorial, content, partnerships, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in delegate or event marketing within B2B media, conferences, or related sectors.
• Proven success in driving delegate registrations and digital engagement.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, analytics, and audience segmentation.
• Experience planning and running webinars or digital events using platforms like CVENT, ON24, or Teams.
• Strong writing and content creation abilities for marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic design understanding in Figma, along with basic video skills.
