TL;DR

Manager, Digital Marketing and Strategy (Artist Specific): Shaping and executing digital strategies for a global management client, including social media publishing and content distribution, with an accent on growing artist and brand awareness through various digital channels. Focus on project management, content marketing, social media management, and data-driven campaign evaluation.

Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-Site). Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and oversee external teams for long-term projects.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing and content distribution strategies for artists/brands.
  • Manage and update artist/brand social media profiles and websites.
  • Grow artist and brand awareness, site traffic, and content syndication through various marketing programs.
  • Support Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy's relationships with key digital partner accounts.
  • Liaise with the Data team to compile and distribute reports, evaluating campaign efficacy and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or project management.
  • BA/BS degree in Business/Digital/Marketing or equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, and digital music services.
  • Strong organizational skills, quick-thinking, and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to create and publish content that maximizes engagement.
  • Work authorization in the U.S. not requiring employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital marketing in music, entertainment, or global brand contexts.
  • Experience managing multiple projects across teams and time zones, familiar with agile workflows and project management tools.
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) & motion graphics skills (After Effects, Canva Pro, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of DSP platforms, content merchandising, and international market adaptation.
