What you will do

• Lead a team of Control Testers within Risk Services, ensuring effective and efficient control testing across the bank.
• Drive efficiencies in control testing processes through systematisation and integration of AI technologies.
• Provide guidance to control owners on effectiveness and remediation.
• Assess control testing outputs against policies, standards, and regulations.
• Compile and present detailed reports on control testing results, key findings, and trends.

Requirements

• Experience in Control testing or assurance within Financial Services required.
• Strong investigative and analytical experience, including identifying root causes.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Understanding of how to leverage and integrate AI.
• Ability to assess control design and operating effectiveness in a complex, regulated environment.
