What you will do

• Manage end-to-end influencer and social campaigns, including brief writing, outreach, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Execute multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring constant team liaison and proactive issue flagging.
• Provide clear, regular updates and reporting to clients, offering recommendations and expertise.
• Apply performance marketing expertise to optimize campaigns, monitor metrics, and provide data-backed insights.
• Present confidently to key stakeholders in pitches, kick-off meetings, and post-campaign analysis.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to new business growth through upselling and referrals.

Requirements

• Hybrid working with 3 office days required in London, United Kingdom.
• 2+ years of experience in influencer or social media marketing.
• Genuine passion for social media, influencer, and performance marketing.
• Ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels to grow accounts.
• Exceptional organization and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to a high standard.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships internally and externally.
