Location: Hybrid working, 3 days in the office in London and 2 from home

What you will do

• Lead creative thinking for always-on, planned, and reactive social content.
• Come up with scroll-stopping concepts and own them through from idea to execution.
• Write sharp, on-brand copy and short-form scripts.
• Collaborate with content creators, creatives, and strategists.
• Spot cultural moments, trends, and conversations for brand opportunities.
• Support junior creatives and community managers with direction and insight.

Requirements

• Passionate about social, brands, and storytelling.
• Experienced in developing ideas across major platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Able to write compelling copy and understand online nuances.
• Tuned into pop culture, creator behavior, and emerging trends.
• Comfortable leading ideas but open to collaboration and feedback.
• Happy working at pace and prioritizing workload needs.
