What you will do
- Build, run, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app) from setup to launch and reporting.
- Use real-time data to target users with personalized, timely messages across channels.
- QA and test all content for rendering, functionality, and responsiveness.
- Execute A/B tests, dynamic content, and modular templates to drive maximize monetization.
- Track, analyse, and iterate, always chasing better open, click, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to craft communications that inform, inspire, and convert.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in CRM or email marketing within a digital B2C fintech or commercially focused CRM team.
- Experience using an enterprise-level ESP such as Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Iterable.
- Skilled in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Experience with QA tools (Litmus, Email on Acid, etc.).
- Strong written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
