What you will do

• Manage influencer and social campaigns end-to-end, including writing briefs, influencer outreach, negotiation, and post-campaign analysis.
• Execute multiple campaigns simultaneously, liaising with campaign teams and flagging potential issues.
• Act as the main client point of contact, sharing updates, reporting, and providing expertise.
• Apply performance marketing expertise to optimize campaigns and monitor key metrics.
• Present confidently to stakeholders in pitches, meetings, and post-campaign analysis.
• Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and contribute to new business growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client servicing role at an agency, dealing with high-profile clients.
• Genuine passion for influencer and performance marketing.
• Ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organisation and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to a high standard.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships.
• Experience in agency meetings and collaborating with different types of agencies.
